The Three Stages of Passing. Acrylic on canvas, Sea Shells, Sea Rocks
Composition is created to give some sort of symmatry when the 3 artworks are put together side by side. *Notice the straight beach angle in the middle and the diagonal angle lines in the beach painting on the side. Same thing with the sun and moon.
Stage 1
The first one on the right depicts the first stage, Firing the bullet. The sun is bright and warm, extremely overstimulating. It's your only hope resisting the end. The waves are strong and high, initiating the urge to escape and fight back, you try your utmost best even though you know you can't.
Stage 2
The second stage in the middle is simply acceptance, it's the calm waves and the only hope you had is gone, but it's okay, because you've come to accept your fate. Pink clouds symbolizing the sense of joy and bliss in one's life coming to an end ever since accepting you can't change it.
Stage 3
The last and final stage of death is the painting on the left. Moon is cold and hazy. No clouds in the sky, no waves in the ocean, no life to be seen, no soul to be present.
